Mines and Pre-Processing

Our strategically located quarries in the mineral-rich Aravalis offer vast reserves of high-quality Quartz and Feldspar. With two dedicated Quartz quarries and one for Feldspar, we ensure a steady supply of premium-grade minerals for various applications.

Before being processed, our raw materials undergo thorough cleaning and sorting to ensure top quality. Using advanced equipment such as jaw crushers, vibrating screens for dust removal, washing plants, manual sorting, and drying plants, we ensure that our Quartz and Feldspar meet the highest standards and satisfy our customers’ quality requirements.

Quartz Processing Infrastructure

Our advanced Quartz processing infrastructure includes 3 semi-automatic and 2 fully automated lines, producing 10,000 MT of quartz grains monthly. We also operate 6 ball mills for a steady supply of 5,000 MT of quartz powder. Our clean, dust-free plants and dedicated facilities ensure consistent, premium-quality products.

With a strong presence in industries like Artificial Countertops, Glass, Ceramics, Paint, and building materials, we are now expanding to serve advanced applications such as Semiconductors, Solar Panels, and Crucibles, ensuring reliable, high-quality supply across all sectors.

Feldspar Processing Infrastructure

Our advanced feldspar processing setup ensures a steady supply of 9,000 MT of feldspar flour and 2,000 MT of feldspar grains monthly, produced through nine dedicated ball mills and two disintegrator plants. To meet bulk demands, specific ball mills process potash and soda feldspar, ensuring consistent quality. Equipped with high-power magnets, our mills and grain plants effectively control iron content to meet industry standards. We also cater to raw material needs for ceramics, frits, and glass industries with superior infrastructure for feldspar chips and grains.

Quality Control

We prioritize quality by regularly analyzing materials on both physical and chemical parameters. With advanced tools like sieve analysis and CIELAB spectrometry, we ensure precision and consistency, meeting diverse customer requirements. Packaging

We offer ready-to-customer packaging solutions tailored to your needs. Choose from standard small bags of 25 kg or 50 kg, jumbo bags of 1 MT, 1.25 MT, or 1.4 MT, or opt for loose bulk in open containers for seamless delivery.
